Andreas T. Schaffron has worked as a change consultant, leadership developer, and team leader with various companies since 2000. His focus lies in the design of change processes that keep all stakeholders engaged, the design and faciliation of international leadership programs, coaching executives and facilitating workshops with teams mostly to resolve conflict and enhance performance.

He has had clients in telecom, aviation, automotive, finance, engineering and utilities from R&D, production, sales, and service in both small businesses as well as global corporations. His working languages are German and English.

Andreas has managed a team of 25 highly skilled engineers from eight different countries in the telecom industry. He knows from own experience that any workshop or coaching is only as good as the difference it makes in your everyday task. In his work he takes great care to integrate the three elements of theory, application, and reflection into a balanced whole.

Originally trained as a psychologist at universities in Germany and Canada, Andreas’ clients value his thorough grounding in the social sciences. On his regular assignments in Germany and abroad, Andreas greatly misses his wife and two children with whom he lives in Stuttgart, Germany.
